Happy Friday, friends! Who out there loves to have a good hair day? *Raises hand* I know for sure that I do! A good hair day always makes me feel as if I can conquer any task and take on the world. The editors at All Things Hair hand picked this specific hair style box of products based on my hair type and lifestyle. I couldn’t be happier with these selections! The Love Beauty And Planet shampoo and conditioner not only smell amazing, but they make my hair feel silky soft and smooth. I tend to wash my hair every other day and use a dry shampoo in between. This one from Dove soaks up any next day oil and leaves my hair with some nice volume and freshness. Plus, it has a beautiful floral scent. My go-to hair product is always a sea salt spray. I spray this in after towel drying to enhance my natural waves and let my hair air dry overnight. I’ve used various ones in the past, most notably this one which has been my favorite for years. The queen beach salt infused texture spray gave my hair some richness, while still remaining soft. It’s almost a cross between a sea salt spray and a texturizer, but without the crunchiness! 

All Things Hair has a newsletter series, tips, tutorials, hair inspiration, and favorite hair products all on their site. It’s quite a treat for anyone who wants to give their hair some good care or looking to try something fun and different!

Good morning, friends! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We had a little bit of a warm up and it was heavenly!  Also, a huge congrats to the Patriots and Eagles!! I’m so excited for the Super Bowel. I actually root for both teams so I’m happy, haha. My dad is a long time Eagles fan and I’ve always cheered along the Patriots since I was in grade school.

Hello dear friends and happy Monday! I hope everyone truly had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with their family and friends. Mine was very relaxing spent with loved ones. We ended up having some nice weather too so everyone made sure to spend some time outdoors. Ava and I also decorated our home for Christmas! She loves all of the twinkle lights.

Very flattering!

Glitz and Glossy // December Edition

  • MeMeMe Beat the Blue Skin Illuminator: This has to be my favorite item in the box this month. Obsessed! I'm all about adding a little glow to my daily makeup routine and who doesn't want to look their best for the holidays?! I used the brush to draw on some of the highlighter on the bridge of my nose, top of my cheekbones, cupids box, and on top of my brow bone. Simply use your finger then to blend.
  • Harajuku Lovers Pop Electric Eau de Parfum Spray by Gwen Stefani: I've actually been wanting to try Gwen Stefani's perfumes ever since they came out so I was pleasantly surprised to see one in this box! The vibrant colors of the bottles are eye catching while the pop art theme takes me back to the 1950s. Scents will vary between boxes.

Happy Friday, friends! One thing I don't usually talk too much about is beauty. I dabble in it here and there, but I wouldn't say I'm an expert at it. I am a complete beauty junkie though! I love trying out new products or trying to find the perfect shade of lipstick. I can't even tell you how many lipsticks I own or how many you may find in my bag at one moment. I was so intrigued when I heard about Glossybox, the leader in luxury beauty boxes in the U.S. Once a month, you get a beautifully designed box filled with at least 5 deluxe sized beauty products. I mean seriously, the box is so pretty! I took a picture of the inside of the lid of box because I was so impressed.
