While I am day dreaming about fall and planning outfits for it, I still want to enjoy every second that is left of summer. One of my favorite prints has to be polka dots. It's right up there with stripes and floral. There is something so cute and retro about polka dots that simple makes me smile. Did I mention how much I adore bows too? Put the two together and you have one heck of a dress. This would be such a chic outfit for any Labor Day parties coming up as well. I may just re-wear it for the occasion!

This past weekend was a busy one for me between meeting up with friends, running errands, a movie date with my dad, and taking Ava for walks to enjoy the nice weather. A nice casual outfit was perfect to get everything done while still feeling put together and comfortable. I love any outfit that incorporates stripes into it. The clean classic feeling still remains fresh and a stand by to this day. Add a pop of red with a chic hat and you've got a great outfit. I wore sandals to still have a summery feeling, but adding booties and a floppy felt hat and this would be a great fall look too!

Happy Friday everyone! Like the title of this post says, it's all about some brightly inspired candy colors. While fall is right around the corner, and you better believe I am excited for it, I do not want to let go of summer quite yet. There is still a few more precious weeks to go out and enjoy the season we all wished was here when it was snowing. What I love about this outfit is of course the color scheme, but also how the blazer and shorts can be paired separately to create different outfits. See how I styled the blazer here. This silky bow top has been a closet staple for me ever since I got it last year. Pair it with jeans and some chic flats or with a skirt and some pointy toed pumps. You simply cannot go wrong with it. Also, these pink heels seriously make me smile. I love the fit and color of them. I'll be rocking these even as the fall season approaches. This past weekend Justin and I headed over to the local college campus to shoot photos of us with baby Ava. We wanted to have some nice family photos while Ava is still a little newborn. The weather was gorgeous and could not have been more perfect. Looks like summer finally decided to come back after the cold snap we had. I wanted something soft and feminine to wear for the shoot and knew lace dress would fit the bill. It has lace, a tulle skirt, and pearl detailing along the chest. I could not be happier with how they turned out. I love this little family I have now. If only Chelsea could have been in these with us!

Woo-ho it's finally Friday! The weather was cool again yesterday (I can taste the pumpkin spice latte's already) which meant I got to put on this super comfy striped sweater. Honestly, it's so soft and easy to wear with either white or blue skinnies, pops of red, leopard prints, or even some shorts for a nice transition look. I also have it in the ivory color and cannot wait to wear that one. I got it in a size small so it'd be a bit roomier and not too tight. I'm also completely obsessed with these leopard flats! I have the blush colored ones and could not pass up the leopard pair too. Definitely a wardrobe staple and the perfect little Valentino dupe for under $90. A complete steal!

Happy Thursday loves! Yesterday the weather turned a bit cooler, which I loved, after a rainstorm passed through. It could not have been more perfect for this beautiful gray lace dress from Momobaby! This is technically a maternity dress, but works for post baby or non preggers as well. The fabric is like a light sweatshirt and the sleeves are so delicate with an intricate lace pattern. I could not have been more comfy! Speaking of, these red heels are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. I wore them all day while taking care of Ava and doing some house chores. I've been loving pops of red for fall too. Definitely going to be wearing these quite often. Also, this TB bag is a new favorite of mine and comes in three different colors. I love how it can be used as a cross body or as a shoulder bag. A win-win!

Happy Tuesday loves! Thank you once again for all of your kind wishes. It's hard to believe that Ava is here now and making our lives so full of love. She had her first doctors appointment yesterday and had a clean bill of health. I actually got three straight hours of sleep too! Oh the little blessings in life.
This was the last outfit I had being pregnant with Ava. A bittersweet post, but one that reminds me of the nine month journey we took together. When August arrives I always get excited for the upcoming fall season as you saw in some of my previous posts. I sometimes have to step back and think to myself that there is still some great summer weather left and to just enjoy that while I still can. Winter will be here before you know it. This look incorporates so many of my favorite things about summer from bright colors, straw hats, nautical themes, and white skinnies. The look is easy to achieve and one that will brighten any day!

First of all, I wanted to thank everyone for the warmest and kindest wishes that Ava, myself and my family have gotten over the past few days. I read each and every comment (in my few precious moments of spare time haha) and feel so blessed . From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
The big moment has finally arrived and as many of you know, Tuesday August 4th is when little Ava finally made an appearance into this world. Justin and I were going in for a routine ultrasound checkup since I was one day past my due date. My doctor wanted to make sure the environment inside my belly was still good for Ava to thrive in. A weight check was done for Ava during the ultrasound and she measured in at over nine pounds. We were both shocked that she was so big! My doctor feared that Ava would keep growing bigger inside so she sent us up to the hospital to either be induced or to have a c-section. Justin and I were so thrilled that Tuesday would be the day we got to meet our little girl, but also a little nervous since the decision was so sudden.
Once we got to the hospital and saw the doctor, she recommended that a c-section be done since Ava may not have been able to pass through the birth canal. Justin and I agreed to having the c-section for everyone's safety and within forty-five minutes my little one was here! The surgery was the most nerve wracking part. Mine took a bit longer since there were some complications, which also meant I was in the recovery room longer too. I was so anxious to meet Ava. Justin was already with her while my surgery was being completed. When I finally got to the recovery room, I was able to hold Ava and look into her eyes for the first time. The most incredible feeling of love came over me. My dad, brother, brother's girlfriend, and Justin's parents were all there to greet us in the hospital room once we were cleared from recovery. Everyone was so excited and over joyed.
I've been healing up since the surgery. I'm not going to lie and say it was easy, it was not at all. I'm still dealing with some pain, but for the most part doing good. Ava is on a completely different schedule every day and that means sleep is a distant memory. I've also been breast feeding, which takes up my entire day! My dad has been over to help and visit every day since the delivery. He's an amazing grandpa and a big thanks to him for watching Ava while I write this post out. I fall in love with little Ava even more every day. It's a joy to get to see her little personality and facial expressions while we spend our cuddle time together.
Her full name is Ava Marie Lois Brezovsky. I wanted to get my mom's name (Lois) in there as a remembrance. She was born at 5:42pm on August 4th. She weighed 9lbs 7oz and was 20 3/4 inches long. Again, thank you so much to everyone for your love and warm wishes!

A lovely Tuesday morning to you! I wore this casual look over the weekend and felt so comfortable in it, something that is becoming increasingly hard to find with a 40 week belly! Dresses are still the most comfortable of all to wear right now, but when I want to go casual I always grab a striped shirt it seems. It must be the nautical notion calling my name. This tee is so soft and very easy to wear with anything from skinny jeans, shorts, white pants, or even tucked into a skirt. How about these sunnies too! I've been on the hunt for a good mirrored pair and instantly fell in love with these when I saw them. They're not exactly like the Prada ones, but for under $30, who can argue with that price?! Also, still no signs of Ava yet. She must be very comfortable inside. I don't blame her haha! Enjoy your day!

Happy Monday everyone! Well, I have finally made it to my due date today and it looks like little Ava is still snug as a bug in my belly. Hopefully she makes her appearance soon!
I wore this casual look over the weekend when Justin and I were heading out for the night. It's a great transitional look, especially for those cool summer nights. These red strappy heels are SO comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised and could not be any happier. Sometimes sandals can go either way with how they feel, but these were fantastic. They also fit TTS. Everything I have on is such a staple item and can be worn so many different ways. I know I'm going to be rocking this hat all throughout fall and into winter. It fits my head great without being too tight or big. Usually hats are a tad bit big for me. Hope everyone has a great start to their week!

Happy Friday all! If you're like me then you're currently craving some pieces that are perfect for the upcoming fall season. Even though the weather has been scorching hot outside, I've been thinking of how I can start transitioning my wardrobe from easy breezy summer to cozy layered fall. Ever have one of those days where you are absolutely in love with your shoes, but they are just not loving you back? I know I've had days where by the end of the night I cannot wait to get my heels off. Enter Sole Serum as the answer to this little problem! The application is so simple and takes only a minute or two before you can be back on your feet and dancing the night away. After applying 2-3 pumps where the foot pain is, wait a minute for the serum, a cream based texture, to penetrate and dry, and then continue in those fabulous heels as if foot pain were the last thing on your mind. I tried this out for several days and was amazed at how well it worked. There was no left over residue and the cream soaked in fairly quickly. As a girl who loves her heels, this product is something that will stay in my purse from here on out.

Summer has finally hit in North Eastern PA! The weather finally turned sunny and hot over the past few days and I couldn't be happier. Of course, being 39 weeks pregnant now, the heat does get to me a bit, but I cannot help but smile at the sunshine beaming through the windows. I've been loving the off the shoulder look and instantly fell in love with this dress in a beautiful pink shade. It floats so nicely against the body and lets you stay cool during these warmer days. It fits true to size and has a stretch waist, which is why I can still wear it! Its one of those looks that has an effortless chic feeling to it the instant you try it on. Happy Monday all! Today is all about soft colors. It's no secret how much I love blush tones mixed with mints and baby blues with some beautiful neutrals tied in. There's nothing I love more than a pretty feminine outfit, especially one with pleats! This dress reminds me of sipping a glass of cold pink lemonade while watching the world go by. The pure essence of summer. This pink cross body has been a staple for almost the whole year and for under $30 you really cannot beat that.
