Good morning and happy Thursday, friends! Whew, it’s been a little while since I’ve been on here, but regardless, I hope everyone had a fantastic Valentines Day and also a fun Presidents Day. We were blessed with a few beautiful days filled with sunshine and surprisingly warm weather for the winter season, which we took full advantage of. I do not take for granted any nice weather we have, especially during the winter season. We head out, soak up some vitamin D and fill our lungs with refreshing clean air as much as possible when mother nature agrees. I’m extremely hyper aware of health and fitness during the long winter months since the weather tends to keep people cupped up indoors.

With health on my mind, I wanted to share one way I not only get more water in my diet (one of my new years goals), but also more greens as well. I tend to stock up on the Glow Greens Beauty Powder whenever I see it be it at Target, browsing on Amazon, or even at TJ Maxx, where I picked up my most recent container *on sale*. I’ve been using this powder in my water for about one year now and cannot get enough of it. I add one full scoop to my water, twice daily. The flavor reminds me of lemonade so if you’re not a fan of the flavor of water or of green vegetables, this is for you. It’s vegan with a blend of 7 super greens including broccoli, spinach, kale, and ginger for that extra power punch. I always feel more energized drinking it, plus I have the peace of mind that I’m adding in some incredible greens to my diet that I may not get everyday. If used daily, one container lasts me about one month and in my opinion is worth every penny. It ranges from $10-13 depending where you pick it up. There are other powders as well, including slay all day, wake up beautiful, and seek balance, though I have never tried any of them to attest to their flavor or if they work. It’d be fun to try them out though!
