Happy Wednesday, friends! I can hardly believe its the last day of November already. Seriously, where did the month go?! Wait, check that, where did this year go?? It's almost December which means tons of holiday festivities, fun, and cheer. I'm definitely looking forward to that. I mean, don't we all need a little cheer? I think so.

Now, onto the outfit. Personally, I'm a big fan of matchy-matchy ensembles. Monochromatic or matching prints feels sophisticated. Don't get me wrong, I also love mixing prints and color blocking too, which is trendy and cool, but matching has a classic feel about it. Think back to say the 1950s when you would buy a whole matching outfit. Everything matched and went together. That's where I pull most of my inspiration from. Below I have a few examples of some 1950s women's wear. A check or windowpane print never goes out of style, plus its incredibly easy to pair together or if you want to mix prints, try pairing it with plaid or leopard. The dress I have on is a thinner silky material so layering is a must for the colder weather. It does have sleeves, which is always a plus with dresses! I'm wearing an XS. The scarf is hiding it, but the dress also has a mock neck. I'm kind of obsessed with mock or turtleneck styles right now.
