There's something so easy breezy about a maxi dress in the summer, especially this chiffon one. The pleating adds an extra bit of femininity to it and get this, it has pockets! Need I say more? Any dress or skirt that has pockets instantly gets my vote as being one of the best. How stinking cute is this star fish clutch too!? I got it while on vacation in Chatham and instantly fell in love. Surprisingly, it fits a good amount of items inside. Since there is no waist on this dress, I went with a size XS and found that fit my shoulder/arm area fine.
