Happy New Year dearest friends and readers. It's been an incredible year and I thank you so much for your continued support. I'm eternally grateful for the opportunities I've been given and the support I've received. The highlight of my year without a doubt would be the birth of my baby Ava. I cannot believe she is almost 5 months old already! Where is the time going?! I wish everyone a blessed New Year and cheers to 2016!

A very happy Wednesday morning to everyone! I cannot believe it is the day before New Years Eve already. Amazing how time flies by when you're having fun and raising a baby haha. Does anyone have any special plans for New Years?

Plaid has always been a go-to print for me because of how classic it is. Each piece of this ensemble has a timeless feeling in its own right and when put together, the outcome is one of simple elegance. The khaki trench coat from Shein is a piece you will wear over and over again and never tire of. I always think of Rick and Ilsa from Casablanca when it comes to classic trench coats! It has a great heavy material and a cute plaid inner lining. I always love a plaid button down underneath a cozy sweater. It's simple and chic, plus it adds that needed warmth. Another timeless piece that will get good use is a gold watch. This one from Rumba Time has the look and feel of a high end designer, but without the price tag. Win-Win! I was pretty amazed by the detail and quality of this piece and love how it'll go with just about any outfit I pair it with ranging from little black dresses to button downs with jeans. Last, but not least, a great pair of tortoise shell sunnies will keep you stylish the whole year round. This pair from Freyrs, for only $39.95, sit comfortably on my face and feel so very vintage inspired, which I adore. They look and feel more expensive than they really are. They have a medium fit so if you are not into the over sized sunnies, then these are definitely for you.

Pink and Black Lace

Pink and Black Lace- Enchanting Elegance

Happy Tuesday, lovelies! I hope everyone is staying warm! It turned bitter cold here in North Eastern PA yesterday. We even had a sleet storm so I guess the winter weather is truly coming to stay. Counting down the days until Spring haha!

I wanted to take some time to talk about something that quickly became very important to me recently and that is body image. First, I never seem to buy pretty lingerie for myself. I always get the practical stuff. I've been wanting to invest in some beautiful pieces like this pink lace set that will not break the bank. The detail and quality of the pieces are fantastic! The back detailing is what really got me. Originally $49.95, the VIP price is $39.95 and if it's your first time ordering, there is a special $24.95 offer. You cannot beat the under $25 price for a comfortable and complimenting set like this.  I have to say I feel sexy in these and after having a baby, it is pretty darn important to get that sexy back.

I felt this post would be a good one to talk about body images and how we should all feel amazing about who we are. No body shaming allowed! Lauren Conrad recently said that no body shaming words would be allowed on her website. How amazing is that?! Truth be told, I've always felt good about the skin I'm in and have never felt bad with how I looked. Without going into too many details, I was at the end of some body shamming about my boobs, which made me feel so insecure about how they looked. Even worse, it was while I was still breastfeeding, so yes, they looked a bit different depending on what time of day it was. I loved the fact that I was able to provide my little girl with the nutrition she needed. On a side note, I'm still completely amazed by the fact that I created and grew this little human being inside of me. The rude comments were on instagram, and I do understand that these pictures are public, but making fun of a persons body is crossing a line in my book. If you do not like something I'm wearing, that's different. To attack someone about their physical body seems so wrong though. People did come to my defense about recently having a baby and how that changes your body and so on. To those people, thank you! It's important to have these discussions and not let haters bring you down. While my body may look a bit different after giving birth, I'm still completely in awe of it and love every little detail. If anyone ever dealt or is dealing with this, you can always e-mail me at enchantingelegancephotos@gmail.com. Thanks for reading!

Happy Monday, friends! I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas holiday and weekend. This was little Ava's first Christmas and it went wonderfully. She got some books, toys, and clothes from Santa and loved ones. The day went by so quickly between opening presents, visiting family and friends, and enjoying the Christmas dinner. All that being said and done, there really is nothing like getting together with the people you care about and spending some quality time while reminiscing about the good ol' days and dreaming of what the future has in store.

Speaking of the future, New Years Eve is right around the corner (where has the time gone?!) which means lots of fun and sparkly looks! If you've been following me for a while, then you know I love a good sequin. I get so excited about a little bit of sparkle! Be it from a blazer or pant, sequins always jazz up an outfit which is perfect for NYE. Also, a little black dress is always in style and will never disappoint. The bow back detail above adds a fun twist and is anything but boring. It's actually a shirt and skit, but looks like a dress.

I hope everyone has a great day and is getting excited for the new year!

Happy Wednesday, friends! So it is the eve of Christmas Eve and I am so happy to FINALLY be done gift shopping haha! I was out yesterday helping my brother finish up his gifts and him finally picking out a gift for himself. Let me tell you though, it was complete madness at the stores. The Christmas rush is on!

With all things Christmas on my mind, I chose this plaid dress with beading along the collar and pockets (I forgot to photograph them!) that instantly has me dreaming of cozy family gatherings, baking cookies, exchanging gifts, and signing carols. Plaid is such a classic print and one that feels so festive. What really got me though was the beautiful beading along the white collar. Pretty little details like that simply make me swoon.

I hope everyone is enjoying this festive week!

First off, Justin and I went to go see Star Wars: The Force Awakens last night for his birthday and let me just say WOW! It was amazing. I do not want to give anything away if you haven't seen it yet, but if you love Star Wars, especially A New Hope, then you will without a doubt love this movie. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time waiting to see what would happen next. Anyone else seen it yet? Let me know what you thought!

I'm a sucker for timeless pieces like this vintage inspired camel coat. It has such an elegant feel to it complete with gold hardware, a lapel neckline, and zippered pockets. Being stylish and comfortably warm is something I'm always on the lookout for when it comes to outerwear. Along the same lines, this embroidered dress has the most gorgeous print on it with striking colors that really pop. A nipped in waist and subtle flair of the skirt having me reminiscing of classic movies, but with an updated feel. I'm also jumping for joy that the dress has sleeves! I always get so excited about that haha.

Shein Christmas List- Enchanting Elegance

Happy Monday! It is officially the week of Christmas! On that note, where has December gone haha?! Above I have a roundup of some current favorites from Shein right now. The best thing? They're all under $50 and would make great gifts for loved ones or even yourself. I have the red long sleeve plaid dress and absolutely love it. In fact, it's what I'm wearing it (size small) for Christmas. It's nice and warm, has beautiful beading along the collar, and who doesn't love some plaid?!

Happy Friday, all! This is the last weekend before Christmas and you better believe I will be finishing up all of my gift shopping! I can't believe I've let it get this late, but that's how it goes sometimes.

One way I like to glam up an outfit is to add a statement necklace. My first look is a bit more casual, while the second one is dressier, but both feel equally polished with the statement necklaces added on. These gem and pearl filled necklaces from sockbeans are excellent quality and versatile enough to wear from day to evening. I'm also a sucker for anything leopard like this coat or pretty little details like the ruffles on this red dress (with sleeves!). I'm loving the red color for winter and of course leopard goes with just about everything. I use it as a neutral to pair with other items.

Today I want to share a neat way to give a gift this holiday season or anytime during the year. There's nothing like getting a nice surprise in the mail to boost your mood and brighten your day! Greetabl allows you to create and personalize a gift for that special someone in your life. Mine came with a lovely message, some of my favorite Instagram photos, and a sweet little bag of caramels. This is such a unique gift to give and one that can be enjoyed for years to come. Who doesn't love some cute Instagram photos?! Right now they have a limited edition "pucker up" bag as a "surprise" inside or some holiday inspired gifts of a Christmas candle, copper mug, or a handmade chocolate bark.

Happy Wednesday, friends! I've been on the lookout for some great holiday dresses that I can also wear throughout the rest of the winter season. I fell in love with this silky winterberry dress from Shop Golden Closet that feels amazing and hits right at the perfect length. I'm also loving the gold belt that comes with it! You can remove it and wear it with other pieces in your wardrobe, which is a complete win in my book! I wanted to pair the dress with metallic accessories including these rose gold heels and this gold crossbody bag. What I adore most about this dress is the beautiful color. It reminds me of berries you would find in the woods after a new fallen snow. Simply gorgeous. How cute is the heart cuff too?! A pretty way to say I love you with some sparkle.

I paired this oval garnet diamond necklace from Angara with the dress since the colors complemented one another nicely. It is a lovely delicate piece set in sterling silver that shines with a garnet pendant surrounded by tiny diamonds that give off a subtle sparkle. This would be a fabulous birthstone gift for any January babies or anyone who loves quality jewelry that you could wear everyday. I love the garnet stone for this time of the year. The deep red reminds me of berries!

Black, white, and red is such a classic color combo that I do not think I will ever tire of. It evokes fun and elegance all in one. I've been wanting a red coat for ages and fell in love with this bow one from the Lookbook Store (wearing a US 4) that has a detachable fur collar. You know I love anything with a bow on it! It also has pockets, which absolutely sold me. I've been obsessed with this striped sequin shirt too. See how I wore it last here. Add in a little bit of tulle to this look and you have one fabulous outfit! This black tulle skirt (wearing a US 2) adds some practical magic to any outfit you pair it with, plus I love the midi length and elastic waist. Talk about being comfy.

Happy Monday, all! This past weekend was a whirlwind of getting some Christmas shopping done, Christmas errands run, a work Christmas party, having family in, and Ava's baptism with a small party afterwards. It felt great to get so many items checked off of my list, be able to visit with loved ones, and to celebrate Ava's big day.

Now that all of the hustle and bustle is over I can get back to my normal routine, which includes a cup of hot chocolate in the morning during this time of the year. I literally crave it in the winter and especially during the holiday season. I like to wake up every morning, make myself a cup, and catch up on all of my social media. How adorable is this Meow Is The Time mug?! Perfect for anyone who adores of has a cuddly cat. Even Chelsea had to check out this cute little mug from A Cup of Quotes. It's hard not to think of the holidays right now. Even when I'm hanging around the house, I still get dressed up as if I'm going to a holiday event. One thing I love about this outfit is the simplicity of it, yet it looks completely put together and effortlessly chic! A simple black tank with an unexpected white blazer and some pops of red have a flawless and retro feel.

Happy Friday, friends! I cannot believe Christmas is only 14 days away now! I really need to finish up my gift shopping and get those goodies wrapped up. I'm especially excited since it's Ava's first Christmas. Also, this Sunday is her baptism day, so another reason to be celebrating this special time of the year. I've been getting everything prepared this week for her big day and needless to say, I feel a little worn out haha.

With Christmas and New Years only mere weeks away, my mind has been drifting to thoughts of holiday parties, celebrations, and all things glittery during this time of the year. These sequin pants (actual pants not leggings) are a festive alternative to a dress or skirt and pretty great at keeping you warm in the process! They have an inner lining so the sequins do not feel scratchy and uncomfortable. I opted for a softer look paring white, pink, and dove gray with the glistening gold. Another way to wear these would be with a black top and some black shoes with pops of red.

Anyone else have any special plans this weekend or going shopping for some lovely gifts? Let me know! Enjoy =)

There's something so refreshing and crisp about an all white ensemble, that I'm instantly drawn to it. Adding this plaid coat gives the look some beautiful color. Having the plaid against a white backdrop also makes it seem much more striking and instantly draws your eye to it. I've been wearing this coat non stop lately. The red and black plaid pattern is such a fun option to have during this time of the year. Think of how pretty it'll be against a snowy winter wonderland. It's also warm and a nice length for when the temps drop. Call me crazy, but having a little extra length in my coat makes me think I'm a little bit warmer!

The second look I'm wearing is what you would find me in on a typical weekend of running errands, which is what I was doing haha. I realized I was wearing the same coat (literally always wearing it) and thought it would be fun to show it two different ways. How cool are these zig zag ear crawlers too?! They kind of remind me of lightening bolts. They're so comfortable to wear and unique looking. I like that my hair isn't always getting caught in them like most of my earrings.

My favorite era of fashion, and really everything, is the 1950s. I love how the women and men would dress up everyday and look incredibly fabulous whether they were going to work, the grocery store, a party, or stopping by an neighbors house to say hello. I always try to incorporate a little bit of that sentiment into my outfits today while still keeping it modern and updated. This Karina black ponte dress has a tailored silhouette with pockets (love!) and makes me feel as if I stepped out of a vintage magazine. To keep the look modern, I used accessories that were not too matchy matchy. The Humble Chic coral wristlet adds a nice pop of color and feels so soft with it vegan leather. The glittery gold belt and shoes elevate the outfit to holiday chic or a night out of the town or, if you're like me, everyday glam.

Happy Monday, all! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. We finally decorated our house for Christmas and decorated the tree while listening to Christmas carols and sipping on hot chocolate. It's always one of my favorite traditions during this time of the year.

Speaking of the holidays, this is a great festive look that sparkles and shines, while having a fun pop of color and a little bit magic all rolled into one. The pink gingham shirt from Humble Chic is a great layering piece to add some color (and warmth!) to an ensemble during the winter season. I wanted to pair it with this striped sequin shirt, which has a great thicker material, to give it some color and make the outfit have a little bit of pop. The sequins and silver metallic shoes definitely feel very festive to me along with the tulle providing that little bit of whimsical magic. How about this pearl ear cuff too?! Talk about a beautiful conversation starter. I've never tried an ear cuff before, and I did have a bit of trouble getting it onto my ear, but once I did, I was amazed at how unique it looked.

Here's some snaps from our Rehoboth Beach trip this past week to see the Christmas tree lighting. I haven't finished working on all of the pictures yet, but this is a good representation of our time there. The weather was amazing and the town was so magical with all of the decorations and twinkle lights. It was even warm enough at night for my dad and I to enjoy some drinks al fresco at The Boardwalk Plaza. Also, if you ever happen to be in town, try out Kaisy's Delight. It's an Austrian pancake with powdered sugar on top. I literally went every single morning to get my little treat!

I had so much fun putting this post together. I'm not one to wear socks so this was a bit of a challenge for me. The looks I wanted to create were a dressy, casual at home, and a menswear inspired. These socks bring a bright pop of color or a bit of fun to the outfits and obviously keep my feet warm. I'm always putting socks on Ava to keep her feet cozy when she goes to sleep or when we head out for the day. I'd love to know if anyone has ever tried dressing up an outfit with some fun socks?
