Retro Style Blue & White Striped Jumpsuit (Sold Out, Similar Here And Here) || Sunglasses || Rattan Basket Bag || Headband || Wedge Espadrilles || Pink & Blue Co. Bracelet c/o || Jackie Kennedy Bracelet || Cape Cod Earrings ||

Another day, another blue and white outfit perfect for fun in the summer sun! This jumpsuit was calling my name with its feminine retro spin on one of the comfiest pieces Iโ€™ve worn all summer long. The soft linen fabric has a v-neck secured by two adjustable self tie straps. The fully lined jumpsuit feels just easy breezy to wear as it looks. I was initially worried about the length of the legs, which I why I typically do not wear jumpsuits (short person problems!), but the length hit at a spot I was comfortable with right above my ankle. The legs are supposed to be cropped, which means theyโ€™ll look more regular length on me. Iโ€™m 5ft 2in for reference. Later in the day, I switched out the pearl headband for this knotted straw one before heading to an al fresco dinner at sunset. One of the waiters came over to me to say I looked like a movie star, so thereโ€™s always that, haha! He especially loved these sunglasses and I must concur. They are my go-to signature pair that I wear almost every single day. Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ve seen them quite a bit on here!

Red Sailor Dress || Avaโ€™s Blue Sailor Dress c/o || Stripped Sandals || Red Scallop Bag || Pink & Blue Co. Bracelet c/o || Anchor  & Pearl Bracelet ||

Good morning, friends! This was by far my favorite outfits of ours from our trip. It was an absolutely breathtaking evening too. The sun was casting its golden glow upon the JFK memorial and further down onto the sands and glistening water. This is by far my favorite spot on the Cape. It was where I initially fell head over heels in love with the Cape. This view will always be my favorite view. Itโ€™s one of the best spots to experience the golden hour too.

Ava was so excited to be a sailor for the day. She kept trying the dress on even before we left for our vacation. I couldnโ€™t resist a mommy and me matching moment, pulling out my red sailor dress with a vintage flair. The stripes, buttons, pleats, and naval collar all make my heart swoon. Avaโ€™s dress has a decorative bow, stripes, a naval collar and buttons to compete her nautical ensemble. These would also make wonderful dresses for the 4th of July as well!

Today also marks my brotherโ€™s birthday. Wishing you a very happy one, Mike!

Mint Sailor Dress (On Sale!!) || White Disc Hat || Sunglasses || Wicker Bag || Yellow Wedge Espadrilles || Pink & Blue Co Bracelet c/o ||

Good morning, friends! What a dreamy evening it was to take a stroll along the harbor and Main Street. With the golden sun slowly setting, the sweet fragrance of lilacs in the air, and the warm breeze softly rustling, it truly felt like paradise. Gazing upon the harbor with its endless boats and ships is one of my favorite pastimes that I do quite frequently while visiting the Cape. This mint swing dress with mid-century mariner art upon it was the perfect ensemble to wear for the evening stroll. Itโ€™s on major sale right now too! Featuring an array of adorable sailor motifs, white buttons to secure the darted bodice, a white lapel collar that flares out to the cap sleeves, a button belt to cinch in your fabulous hour glass figure, and front pockets to carry your favorite necessities in. The dress runs true to size. Along this walk we also stopped to get our yearly photo with JFKโ€™s statue at the Hyannis museum. Ava always gets so excited to see him, running right up to him to say hello.

Floral Dress || White Disc Hat || Vintage Kate Spade Bag (Similar) || Sandals || Jackie Kennedy Earrings || Pink &ย  Blue Co. Bracelet c/o || Circle Hexagon Ring c/o || Avaโ€™s Dress TJ Maxx (Similar) ||

Happy Friday, everyone! For the past three years, Ava and I have always worn matching or similar outfits for Motherโ€™s Day. Itโ€™s a tradition that weโ€™re going to keep going for as long as we can! When Ava first saw me in this floral 1940s inspired dress, she said, โ€œmommy, that dress is so beautiful.โ€ Sheโ€™s really been getting into dressing up and taking photos with me and wanted to dress in her own floral dress for the shoot. She looks so angelic in these photos too. Sheโ€™s my precious little angel. I was also teaching her how to twirl her skirt during some of these shots. Sheโ€™s getting the hang of it! It was a gorgeous day outside that we made the most of with many wonderful memories at our favorite spots in the park.

Avaโ€™s dress came from TJ Maxx, which she also wore for Palm Sunday. Itโ€™s a great spot to find unique dresses at a great price. Iโ€™ve gotten many of hers there over the years. My dress not only boasts a great deal of charm, but also grace with its pink floral cascading throughout the 1940s style embellishments. The bodice has a multitude of pin tucks, centered by a classic winged collar, highlighted by long sleeves (that I rolled up), and a button cuffed for added vintage accent. The wide banded waistline slims and elongates your hourglass while the swing skirt features gentle gathers for a delightful flair. This is one of the most lovely dresses that I own. Everything about it makes me feel at my very best. The sizing for the dress runs small. While the dress does fit, itโ€™s rather tight in the waist. I would suggest going up one size for comfort.

Don't forget to look below for our other Motherโ€™s Day outfits from the past three years! Happy Motherโ€™s Day to all of the mamas out there. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Antique Print Dress (Also Here)|| Purple Mules (Similar) || Circle Bag (Similar) || Pearl Hair Clips (Ten Pieces) || Flower Earrings || Circle Hexagon Ring c/o || Pink & Blue Co Bracelet c/o ||

Good morning, friends! What more can I say than Iโ€™m absolutely head over heels in love with this dress. The light pink color along with the charming novelty print made up of birdcages, pinned butterflies, and postage stamps adds to the pin-up perfection. The shirt dress with a darted bodice, belt, notched collar, and darling cap sleeves all lend to the flare of the 1950s. Did I mention it has pockets too?! Simply swooning. The fit is true to size. How cute are these pearl clips!! Pearl clips are a huge trend right now, really any hair accessory, and with good reason. They have a vintage sophistication, add some charm, and the practicality of keeping your hair out of your face. Iโ€™m all about that. The set I have comes with ten pieces (two of each style) for under $13. Theyโ€™re perfect for various hair styles (pinning hair back on one side, pinning back both sides, using a clip to pin a chignonโ€ฆthe list goes on), matching with you mini me, or using double clips on one side. Ava was so excited to wear one of the clips so we would match! I love these photos with her and I as well. She really is the sweetest! She always kisses me whenever we take photos together and I was able to capture some of those moments above.

Happy first day of spring, everyone!! My little chick and I have been anxiously waiting for this day and are so happy that it has finally arrived. A few days ago we got a taste of spring with highs in the 70s, blue skies, and an abundance of sunshine. We were outside almost the entire day. It was absolutely wonderful! We went to the park to walk and go to the playground followed by a trip to Hillside for some ice cream and photos. After that, we looked for signs of spring on another trip followed by a sunset drive. It was quite the magical day. Ava and I wanted to look our spring best with florals and colors to match the new season. She even put her own outfit together!

Happy Friday, loves! The temperature these past couple of days has been in the 70s, which feels absolutely incredible. As soon as the weather starts getting warmer, I pull out all of my dresses and start dreaming of all the ways I'll be able to wear them. This dress from Unique Vintage has the prettiest floral pattern and the perfect billowing skirt. I'm wearing an xs for reference. I adore the vintage styling and the fact that it has pockets! Another great feature, the side boning is flexible, which allowes me to actually be able to breathe haha. I've never seen that in a dress before and now I totally believe they should all have it. Removable straps are included if you do not like the strapless look. Vintage dresses are actually a favorite of mine since the 1950s is where I draw so much of my inspiration from. I cannot help but swoon every time I put one on. This dress has all of my vintage fashion fantasies coming true!

Can we also take a second to look at the pretty accessories?! I'm a big believer in the details adding up to make the outfit. These stud earrings will literally glam up any outfit your pair them with while still having a classic feel behind them. The crystal necklace is a pink lovers dream. It's beautifully crafted and oh my, the sparkle makes me weak in the knees! My mom gave me a similar necklace, with a smaller pendant, to wear for my senior prom so I could not help but reminisce about that while wearing this. Lastly, the cuff bracelet with a marbled blue stone and clear crystal gives has those summer time vibes. I can definitely see myself wearing this all summer long!
