Without a doubt, my favorite color would have to be pink (as if you haven't noticed!) I love its bright and cheery nature while being fun and feminine at the same time. It's an instant mood booster! It's no surprise then how much I adore this ensemble of pretty pinks all working flawlessly together. The dress features the most darling detail with a chic scalloped hemline that I'm completely head over heels about! It's a shift dress making it super comfortable to wear, especially in the hazy lazy days of summer.  One of my favorite ways to wear a scarf is actually around the bag handle I'm carrying. Sometimes in the cooler months I'll wear one around my neck, but when spring and summer hit I immediately start tying them to my bags. It's a great way to add some color in or simply "just because." The scarf I'm using here has equestrian chain-print motif on it with beautiful bright colors and the silkiest feel.

The leaf diamond trim headband I'm wearing not only is a stunning piece, but also has a good cause behind it. Headbands of Hope provides one headband to a child with cancer for each item sold. Since their creation in April 2012, they have donated headbands to every children's hospital in the U.S. They believe that fashion can be the greatest vehicle to a positive self identity. I could not agree more. This is a wonderful cause to support. On their site is a Giving Gallery of the children who have received headbands and the smiles on their faces is heartwarming. This is a cause I would be more than happy to promote time and time again. I cannot imagine the pain of finding out your child has cancer and knowing the battle that lies ahead. Providing them with a beautiful headband can be a ray shining light in their lives while fighting this horrible disease. Please take a look at their website and consider getting behind this cause too!
