Hello, friends and happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I rented the new Wonder Woman movie and absolutely loved it! I have to say this movie did the character justice. To be honest, I never really followed the comic too closely or even the television show with Lynda Carter, but I’ve been researching the character and getting more into her. This movie with Gal Gadot definitely made me into a fan! If you haven’t seen it, or were on the fence about it, I would recommend seeing it for sure. The new Justice League movie came out this weekend with Wonder Woman in it so it’ll all tie in nicely together.

This sweater from Woolrich is one of my star fall pieces in my closet. I’ve had this forever and it’s stood the test of time. I pull it out every fall and work it into as many different outfits as I can. The burnt orange color is stunning along with the subtle mustard and green colors throughout. I paired this with a burgundy turtleneck, which blends in seamlessly, and my trusty Melie Bianco bag that I have literally been carrying with me everywhere. You’ve definitely seen it in many posts! It’s another fall piece that has been a stand by and one that I treasure.

Bow Ties

Bow Tie Sweater c/o || AG Skinny Jeans || Similar Leopard Heels || Melie Bianco Bag (Old, Similar Here) || Striped Turtleneck || Stella & Dot Ring || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Happy Friday, friends! It’s no secret I have quite a love for anything with a bow on it. They can elevate even the simplest piece into something very special and of course I love the feminine feel. This sweater has two black bow ties on either side and a high low hemline. The bottom half of the sweater is open where the ties are so I layered a turtleneck underneath. It is a one size fits all and is only $21. There’s just something about a tan sweater in the fall. It’s a classic and goes with everything!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! It’s supposed to rain and even possibly snow up my way. Definitely good movie weather. There’s quite a few good ones out or coming out very soon. I’m particularly wanting to see Murder On The Orient Express. Poirot has always been a favorite of mine!

Good morning and happy Thursday, friends! It's hard to believe Thanksgiving is only one week away. Where did the month of November go?! On that thought, where did 2017 go?? It always amazes me at how quickly time goes by anymore.

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I had this outfit in mind when thinking of what to wear for the holiday. I want to wear something very fall festive and fell in love with this color combination. These over the knee boots are amazing and actually stay up on my legs! I have very thin legs and have trouble with over the knee styles staying up, slouchy suede boots specifically, which are very popular right now. These are suede, but not slouchy, and comfortably stay up without me having to constantly pull them up. Can we talk about how gorgeous the color is too?!? It's a deep cranberry wine that is a total knockout for fall and winter.

Mommy & Me- Love Sweatshirt

My Love Sweatshirt c/o || Ava’s Love Sweatshirt c/o || White Skinny Jeans || Kate Spade Gray Tassel Sneakers || Similar White Hat || Stella & Dot Ring || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Today is another installment of my “Mommy & Me” matching outfits that I cannot get enough of! The gray sweatshirts have Love written across them and are perfect for any mommy and baby duo. The sweatshirts are from Yoins, which has a great selection of matching outfits! I’m very impressed. I’m wearing a size XS and Ava is in a size 90. I love that these sweatshirts are something we can both wear numerous times on casual days or even dressed up with a black skirt and shoes. Also, it’s hard to believe that Ava is already half of my height and she’s only two years old! Maybe she’ll grow taller than me one day. It could happen, haha!

Creamy Neautrals

Woolrich Plaid Jacket (Similar Here) || Similar Tan Sweater || White Skinny Jeans || Tan Boots || Similar Tory Burch Bag || Stella & Dot Earrings || Stella & Dot Ring || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Good morning, friends! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!  Is anyone else hating how it gets dark so early now? I’m definitely missing those extra hours of sunlight. We also had a blast of cold weather, which meant lots of hot vanilla latte’s and also Peppermint Mocha’s from Starbucks! Once the holiday season starts I always end up getting Peppermint Mocha’s. They’re refreshing and chocolaty at the same time. Yum! The Cranberry Bliss Bar from Starbucks is another favorite. Seriously, it is amazingly good.

This was one of my favorite recent outfits because of all the creamy tan neutrals. I’m a big fan of Woolrich, especially their coats, and love how they originated in Pennsylvania. I believe their PA factory still makes their famous wool blankets, but the rest of manufacturing has since moved over seas. This plaid jacket I picked up at their outlet store in Woolrich, PA. Yep, they have a town named after them! This sweater is soooo comfy and actually has a fleecey material inside. It keeps me warm and toasty. I couldn’t find it online, but I got this one at the J.Crew Factory store. My store still has them in stock and there is a HUGE sale going on right now!

Cranberry Jacket // Special Pieces

Cranberry Puffer Jacket || White Turtleneck || Similar Plaid Top || Madewell Skirt || Similar Leopard Loafers || Similar Dooney And Burke Bag (mine is passed down from my mom) || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring || Stella & Dot Ring || Leopard Belt ||

Good morning and happy Thursday, friends! Today’s look is all about some of my favorite fall colors and patterns mixed into one. It’s always fun mixing different prints together such as leopard and plaid. I’ve been loving this cranberry puffer jacket lately. The color is so rich and it’s the perfect weight for the in-between fall and winter temperatures. I typically would have gotten an XXS, but went with an XS so I could layer comfortably underneath it. The most special piece of this ensemble is my bag, which was my mother’s originally. She gave it to me a while ago, but once she passed I stopped taking it out for fear that something would happen to it. Lately, I’ve decided it was better to use it and remember her while carrying it with me.

Cozy Sweater // Black And Tan

Black Sweater c/o || Paige Black Skinny Jeans || Tory Burch Riding Boots || Kate Spade Bag || Jackie Kennedy Unity Band || Stella & Dot Ring || Stella & Dot Earrings ||

Good morning, friends! Last night I finshed watching the second season of Stranger Things  on Netflix. Literally everyone I know has been talking about the show and how good it is so I decided to see for myself. I basically watched seasons one and two in three days! It definitely gets you hooked on the story line.

I wore this super cozy sweater over the weekend and absolutely loved it! It has a roll neck, just like a turtleneck, and slightly long sleeves that have elastic at the end so they don’t cover your hands. Of course, you can pull them up over your hands if you wanted to. I do this sometimes when I get really cold. It is a one size fits all and is only $21. The fit is slightly cropped, though on someone taller than me, it may be an actual cropped sweater

Mommy And Me: The Red Dress

My Red Lace Dress c/o || Ava’s Red Lace Dress c/o || Sunglasses || DW Watch c/o || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring || Stella & Dot Ring ||

Hello all and happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Did anyone go see Thor?!? I have to say, it is was one the BEST Marvel movies and definitely the best Thor movie. It was so funny too! Kudos to Marvel and the whole Thor team, you guys outdid yourselves! Also, the newest episode of Outlander was on Sunday. Jamie and Claire, all the feels! This show basically combines all of my favorite things into one, history, romance, and an absolutely intriguing story with well developed characters.

As you know, my favorite posts are always the ones that feature my little Ava bug! Matching my outfit to Ava’s is one of my favorite things to do. Even if the outfits don’t match, sometimes I’ll still match the color scheme up. My mom used to love dressing my family up in matching outfits too. I even still have one of our matching dresses that I cannot wait to dress Ava and I up in. That will be a very special moment for me.

These red lace dresses Ava and I are wearing feature a delicate floral pattern and have an A-Line design. The fit is a little loose with some stretch to it. Very comfortable for wearing all day! I got my usual size of XS, but probably could have sized down to an XXS. Ava’s is a size 90. She typically fits into a US size 2T depending on the company. We both had so much fun in these dresses! These red dresses are so special to me now and I cannot wait to wear them for years to come.

Fall In Love With Your Life

Yellow Sweatshirt c/o || Similar Plaid Skirt || Black Loafer Mules  || Similar Bag (Mine is Melie Bianco) || DW Watch c/o || Stella & Dot Earrings || Stella & Dot Ring || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Good morning, friends! I hope everyone had fun yesterday with their Halloween festivities. Now onto Christmas, haha! I have to laugh because everyone really skips over Thanksgiving anymore and heads right into the most festive time of the year. I think everyone wants to soak up as much Christmas cheer as they can. The season really does go by very quickly, especially when you are planning so many different things.

I saw this sweatshirt online and thought how wonderful the saying on it is. It reads, “Fall In Love With Your Life.” The color alone is a cheerful one, but the saying really hit home for me. I think we could all use that as a little reminder every now and then. I would usually wear this tucked into my skirt, which I did, but I also wore it untucked to be able to read the message. Either way is really cute in my opinion. I’m wearing a size small and the sweatshirt is only $16! Definitely something I’ll be grabbing time and time again.

Camel, Stripes, And A Bow. Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I hope everyone enjoys the spooky holiday and has fun trick or treating! I'm always get excited to hear The Monster Mash, Thriller, and The Ghost Buster theme songs on the radio too. It’s not Halloween without them!

Whenever I see a special little detail on a piece of clothing, I am instantly hooked. The striped sweater, a classic staple piece on its own, is elevated and made even more lovely with the addition of a delicate bow around the cuffs. I’m smitten! The sweater is a one size fits all. I’m also crazy about this cardigan! The camel is a great neutral and pairs with just about anything. My favorite though is with traditional fall colors such as burnt orange, mustard, red, black, white, or olive green. This is the kind of outfit that will always be a classic and forever chic.

Blush And Blue With Stella & Dot

Stella &  Dot Top c/o || Stella & Dot Earrings c/o || Similar Pink Skirt || Similar Pink Suede Heels || Circle Bag || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring || Stella & Dot Ring || DW Watch c/o ||

Hello dear friends and happy Monday! It’s no secret that my most favorite color combination is blush and blue. I’ll wear this color combination all year round regardless of the season. These beaded tiered tassel earrings are definitely a statement maker! The tassels can also be removed so you can wear the studs for a softer look. I always love a 2 for 1 deal. They also come in a beautiful burgundy color too. I love this feminine top with beautiful bell sleeves (on trend!) and peek-a-boo lace inserts. I decided to dress this top up a bit with a skirt and heels, but I could also see it work with some dark blue skinny jeans and cognac boots or white jeans/shorts in the summer with some flats in either navy, yellow, or red. Navy is one of those classic colors that pairs so well with a multitude of other colors depending which season you are in.

Hello and good morning, friends! One of the biggest trends this season is crushed velvet. It's a luxe material that instantly makes any outfit feel glam. This top in particular incorporates many fun details into one. Not only is the fabric a beautiful blush crushed velvet, but there is also a bow-tie and fun bell sleeves. The top fits true to size and is only $14! I've been pairing blush with soft grays lately and cannot get enough of the color combo for fall.

Midnight Sky

Similar Mustard Top || Pleated Skirt c/o || Similar Blue Shoes || Blush Circle Bag || Stella & Dot Earrings || Stella & Dot Ring || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring || Karl Largerfeld Watch c/o ||

Hello, friends and happy Friday! Did anyone catch It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown last night? That's one of my favorite yearly specials to watch along with the Christmas Charlie Brown special. My mom and I would watch them every year together. It was one of our traditions that I continue on to this day. Ava was captivated with it too!

When I saw this skirt, it reminded me of the midnight sky. I love the beautiful pleats too! I immediately knew I wanted to wear a mustard yellow top with it to represent the twinkling stars in the sky. The Starry Night is one of my favorite paintings and that's where the inspiration for the colors came from. My top is old from Modcloth and has always been one of my favorite light knit sweaters that I own. The color catches the eye and the contrasting blue peter pan collar gives a vintage vibe. This skirt was very comfortable to wear and is a one size fits all. Mine fit me just fine with the elastic waist. It's absolutely elegant!

Hello all and happy Wednesday! The leaves are starting to change into their beautiful radiant colors here in Pennsylvania. I was lucky enough to find this road that had some pretty yellows starting to pop. It was a cool crisp day, perfect for some layering! One of my favorite ways to layer is a turtleneck underneath a sweater topped off with a jacket. With this outfit I went with two neutrals and a plaid jacket to give the outfit some color and interest. Plaid will always be such a classic. I always think of Woolrich or Pendleton when thinking of plaid. They have some of the best!

Pink Lace Up Sweatshirt

Pink Lace Up Sweatshirt || AG Skinny Jeans || Karen Walker Sunglasses || Gray Bootie || Tory Burch Bag || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Good morning, friends! I wore this outfit while I was taking Ava to the park a few weeks ago. We had the most amazing time! I mean, just look at her darling smile. She melts my heart. This pink sweatshirt, with side lace-ups,  was perfect for the outing. The side lace-ups undoubtedly give the sweatshirt a fun and unique look, but what I also love is the soft blush color and its functionality. A sweatshirt typically has a more laid back vibe, but this one feels a little bit elevated while still being casual. I even dressed Ava and I in similar colors from our pink tops, blue jeans, and gray shoes. Be on the lookout for some upcoming "mommy & me" posts where Ava and I are matching! I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!

Magenta Matters

Good morning, friends and happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I was able to get a good amount of work done and even go see some new movies that are out. Blade Runner 2049 and Dr. Marston and the Wonder Woman. Both were really good! I'd recommend them depending on what you want to see, either a historical movie with a comic book twist or a sci-fi action flick. Does anyone happen to watch the channel MeTV? They were showing one of my favorite movies ever, The Ghost and Mr. Chicken with Don Knotts (aka Barney Fife.) I was so excited to see it on! It's the small things in life =).

Today I wanted to talk about ToteSavvy and their cause to raise money for Metastatic Breast Cancer research. 30% of all Americans diagnosed with Breast Cancer will eventually progress to Stage IV. 41,000 men and women die each year from MBC, that's 113 people everyday. 100% of net proceeds from your Magenta Love purchase will be donated to METAvivor research and support. METAvivor is the only organization in the US to specifically fund Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer research. ToteSavvy allows you to convert your favorite tote into a diaper dag. Talk about stylish and functional! They're an amazingly great organizational tool to have too. I've had mine since Ava was only a few months old. The Magenta Love ToteSavvy is a special limited edition which also includes a keepsake Kendra Beshk tassel keychain stamped with the words, "make today count."

Burgundy Wrap Dress

Julie Brown NYC Wrap Dress c/o || Leopard Heels || Melie Bianco Bag (Old) || Similar Layered Layered Necklace || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

I think we all can agree that a wrap dress is one of the most universally flattering dresses there is. It skims the body perfectly accentuating your curves and hides any problem areas with ease. This burgundy one feels so comfortable to wear and the color is flawless for fall and even the upcoming holiday season. This dress works for an incredible amount of various occasions too. Imagine wearing it to work with a chic pair of heels and then going to dinner and drinks afterwards. As I mentioned, it also works for any holiday parties, special events, or even to run around town on the weekend. Swap out the heels for some flats or mules and you have an elevated casual look. It's truly a winner all around! It fits true to size.

Yellow Sweater With Pockets!

Love Winnie James Sweater c/o || Olive Green Jacket || AG Skinny Jeans || Karen Walker Sunglasses || Tignanello Bag c/o || Tory Butch Riding Boots || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring ||

Good morning and happy Wednesday, friends! I'm pretty excited about this yellow sweater as it has not only a beautiful color, but pockets on the front (enter the heart eye emoji here)! I'm a sucker for pockets and find this sweater to be quite unique. Everyone is used to a hoodie having the front pouch, but having a sweater with pockets not only has the same feeling, but also has an overall chicer and more refined appeal. I've had my eye on many yellow/mustard colors for fall too. The color pairs wonderfully with midnight blue, olive, camel, and burnt oranges. This sweater does have a loose fit. Very comfortable, but not form fitting if that's what you're looking for. I'm wearing a size small.

Don't forget to use the code LOVEAMANDA for 15% off of your Love Winnie James order! The code is good until October 21st.

The Olive Green Cardigan

Hello and good morning, friends! It's the start of a brand new week and I'm feeling especially rejuvenated after the lovely weekend we had. The leaves are starting to turn too! I'm excited about that and cannot wait for the peak. I believe it's supposed to be around the 16th-19th if you live in PA.

There is something about a cardigan that just screams fall to me. Perhaps its because you can snuggle up in one when the weather gets chilly. Its also a nice option when a jacket is simply too heavy. This cardigan is lightweight making it great for the transitional weather or for layering. Olive green is one of those classic fall colors too. It has some wonderful deep pockets too. I'm wearing a size small for reference. The light washed distressed ankle jeans fit amazingly well! There are only a few brands of jeans that fit my petite frame comfortably and these were a nice surprise. I'm wearing a size 24. I usually go for a darker wash, but wanted to try the lighter color, which I'm thinking will pair well with similarly light colors such as blush, light gray, white, and cream.

Now, onto the fun part! Love Winnie James, where both the cardigan and jeans came from, is offering a discount code for 15% off of your entire order! The code is LOVEAMANDA. Also, be on the lookout for an instagram giveaway I'm doing for a $50 gift card to Love Winnie James

A Weekend Walk

Red Jacket c/o || Stripped Top || Skinny Jeans || Tan Suede Boots || Kate Spade Bag || Jackie Kennedy Cascade Ring || Lip Color ||

Hello all and happy Friday!! One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather. There's nothing like exploring the great outdoors! The fall offers some of the best weather to go out and explore in, which I try to take full advantage of as much as I can. I wore this red jacket from Chicwish on one of my recent walks to keep warm during the chilly afternoon. I can't get over the color! I love a good pop of red to brighten up an outfit. It fits slightly large, but the tie at the waist helps with that. It's not large enough to change sizes. The pockets are nice and deep too. You know I have a thing for pockets, haha.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
